To learning to use video I thought it would clever to do a week-by-week body shot as I progressed through the One More Bite EFT Weight Loss program and post it to my website, onemorebite-weightloss.com. What’s funny is I never posted a week 2. Maybe this should be entitled, How to Procrastinate on Posting Video to youtube.
